Terms and Conditions for Returning Products
Damaged/Incorrect Products: If a damaged or incorrect product is received, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This can be done by explaining in the following image or by communicating via the form below .
Returns: Upon acceptance of the return request, the customer must return the product in its original condition and in the packaging it arrived in, including all accessories and documentation, if any. The product must not be used or exposed to any further damage.
Costs and Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to be returned and assumes responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping company and insuring the shipment.
Verification and Compensation: After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure its integrity and that it meets the return conditions. If the returned product is accepted, we will compensate the customer by either refunding the amount paid or replacing the product, depending on the customer’s choice.
Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, cosmetics, and perfumes. Customers should review the product description and return policy before completing the purchase process.
